I conceptualized and developed a cross-platform mobile application for managing citizen reports, utilizing Flutter as the development framework. The application, initially designed to receive citizen complaints, features a secure login system powered by Firebase, enables audio recording to supplement reported information, and offers a customizable form to tailor the tool to the specific needs of each case.

It is worth noting that the structure and functionality of this application can be easily adapted to any context that requires the collection and control of reports, making it a versatile and scalable tool for various fields.
